Ariane Porto Costa Rimoli, PhD.



  • UNICAMP – Institute of Philosophy and Human Sciences.
  • Member of the Campineira Academy of Letters and Arts.
  • Writer, filmmaker, screenwriter, produced and directed short, medium and feature films for cinema, as well as television series.


  • Producer and Director of theatre, cinema and television, acting since the 80's, she has produced and directed more than 30 theatrical shows and won several awards.


  • Experience in the field of Communication with an emphasis on Education, working mainly on the following topics: theater, communication and the environment, cinema, children, indigenous peoples, digital media and cultures and the environment.

  • Postdoctoral student in Applied Psychology at the Center for Research in Psychology, Behavior and Achievement Brain, Belief and Behaivour LAB - Coventry University, England (supervision by Prof. Dr. Miguel Farias and co-supervision by Prof. Dr. Amit Goswani).

  • Professor at the Institute of Arts at UNICAMP.
  • Guest Professor of the Specialization in Educommunication at ECA/USP.
  • Member of the Center for Pragmatism Studies (Pontifical Catholic University PUC SP).
  • Currently, he develops research in Art, Quantum Science and Neuroscience.

  • Founding partner of TAO Produções Artísticas (2002).
  • Director of ECOCINE – International Festival of Environmental Film and Human Rights, created in 1992.
